tCA news - march 2007

Firstly, thanks to those of you who made donations to support our work during February. You'll be pleased to know that we have already supported climate action groups with resources for working better together and have participated in a dialogue to develop climate change solutions in southeast queensland. With your support we hope to organise and facilitate a number of climate focused trainings around the country. Stay tuned for news of our emerging climate action research project.

We have been busy this last month... We facilitated participatory sessions with over 130 union delegates in Brisbane -- certainly a change from the usual conference atmosphere.

We've started an exciting new partnership with the Murray Lower Darling River Indigenous Nations (MLDRIN). We recently facilitated a strategising session with MLDRIN representatives and a number of environmental non-government organisations who have signed a Cooperative Agreement to guide their work together.

We also delivered another two-day Strategising for Change workshop in Melbourne in collaboration with the Mittagong Forum and now we're headed to Aotearoa to work with the Treaty Resource Centre, Kotare Trust and Tauiwi Treaty Workers.
