This participatory workshop will equip you with tools and confidence to strategise for social and environmental justice.
Our Campaign Strategy workshops equip community campaigners and organisers with a suite of tools to analyse their social and political context, define your objectives, choose the right target and focus, assess political opportunities, and prioritise the most powerful tactics. The workshops are participatory, practical and fun.
Early 2020, the Change Agency and Pasifika will launch the third edition of our Campaign Strategy training guide. Coinciding with the launch, we’re holding 2-day Campaign Strategy workshops in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane.
The workshops will be facilitated by James Whelan and Adele Neale. We are experienced campaigners and trainers, and lead tCA’s Community Organising Fellowship, Australia’s most intensive activist training program. The Change Agency supports social movements by facilitating, strategising, training and mentoring.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander campaigners are especially encouraged to participate. Full scholarships are available on request.
