Curriculum

This is the password protected page for the current Fellowship cohort to access and download the resources for each of our workshops. These resources have been organised thematically around 11 core skills and attributes that make for powerful community organising. Please share these resources actively, always acknowledging their source. Cohort members each receive a folder with hard copies of these resources. The 2016 cohort will also receive copies of the Change Agency’s Campaign Strategy Guide and Community Organising Guide (when it’s printed in June!).

Like many campaigning groups, we are constantly grappling with capacity issues, a lack of funding/resources, burnout and how to best manage volunteers. While it's early days, the fellowship is already having significant flow on effects to the rest of the Quit Coal collective and the lessons we are learning are both effective and reinvigorating!

The Change Agency facilitated our two day intensive strategy workshop to bring together animal welfare and rescue groups from across Australia to set up a National Koala Alliance. James and Taya's facilitation of the workshop was absolutely brilliant and everyone came away with renewed enthusiasm and determination.
