We’re super proud to announce the 2020 edition of the Campaign Strategy training guide, now available as a download and in beautiful hard copy.
The Change Agency team have been designing, collecting and adapting activist education curriculum for more than 15 years. Working with Jason MacLeod and Pasifika, we’ve been striving to transform our combined collections of training resources into curated and thematic training guides – the six-volume People Power Manual. In 2015, we published the Campaign Strategy Training Guide, a collection of 27 process guides and 20 handouts. That was followed in 2016 by the Community Organising Training Guide which offers a similar how-to guide and resources to design and lead workshops for community campaigners.
The new edition includes several new process guides and resources and literally hundreds of tweaks to improve the tools, based on feedback from participants in our workshops and fellowships. Since 2016, these resources have been shared with literally thousands of community organisers and applied in hundreds of campaigns.
We’re also excited to announce that both the Campaign Strategy and Community Organising training guides are now available in Indonesian. Huge thanks to Rubby Emir and the translation team, and to our many friends in Indonesia for road-testing these tools and your robust feedback.
